Site visit

Participants will have the opportunity to join one of two site visits under the theme “The Future of Wind Energy."

1. Lindø Offshore Renewables Center (LORC) - A state-of-the-art test facility center at Odense Port in Munkebo. Activities include full-scale testing of wind turbine nacelles. 

2. Vestas Lindø facility - At Lindø, Vestas manufactures nacelles for one of the world’s largest wind turbines. Experience the complete assembly process of these impressive components, and gain first-hand insights into the offshore wind supply chain.

If you are interested in one of the site visits, you will be picked up at DOK5000 at approx. 09:15 and be transported by bus to the sites and then transported back to DOK5000 for lunch.

Please note that when registering, you will be asked to indicate your preferred site visit. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee that your first choice will be available.
